Shipping is only available within Australia and New Zealand.

A flat shipping cost of $15 applies to orders sent Australia-wide.

For shipping on New Zealand orders please contact us directly on sales@palazzodesign.com or 0418 114 388.

Delivery times will vary depending on location, average 5-10 days for standard shipping.

You will be notified when your order has been dispatched and you will receive a link to track your order.

HOW TO RETURN

We guarantee that all of our fragile products leave our store in perfect condition ready to be put to use for your entertaining experience and we package them with care. However, sometimes breakages do occur in the shipping process.

Upon opening your order please be sure to check that there are no cracks that have occurred in transit. 

We will replace items that have been broken in transit. It is important to retain all original packaging as proof of damage.

Take a picture of your damaged item with its original post packaging showing the damage.

Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package either by phone on 0418 114 388 or email at sales@palazzodesign.com, attaching the photo.
